As a nursing student, it shouldn't be difficult to find a job once I graduate with an RN-BSN, as there is a chronic shortage of nurses. I feel I will be more competitive than nurses from other programs, as the program I am in at the Beth-El School of Nursing is held in higher regard than others in the region, and is very competitive state-wide, and even recognized nationally.

In one class in particular, the tests are geared towards NCLEX style questions, making them very difficult. Many of us did not do well on the first test, however after speaking with our professor and learning the style of questions asked, not just the information presented in the question, we were better able to take her tests, which prepared us better for the NCLEX examination next fall.
